Job Title: Business Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Director to join our team at Starcom. As a Business Director, you will be responsible for driving a trusted business partnership with clients to ensure we create experiences people love and actions brands need linked to business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client's business to create strategic and positive business partnerships with existing senior clients (Marketing Directors, Senior Brand Managers) with support from CSD.
  • Support the development and delivery of our client business plan and drive continual uplift of our TRR scores and delivery of any associated KPIs.
  • Identifies and drives organic growth opportunities with existing clients.
  • Lead the Starcom HX planning framework on all key briefs, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly by setting and leading the team working cadence under our Starcom Ways of working.
  • Ownership of delivery of Performance Development reviews including development plans for direct reports; proactive identification and management of performance issues (with support from People and Culture).
  • Support the CSD in creating an environment that inspires, challenges and develops highly engaged teams to optimise their performance.
  • Role model leadership behaviours aligned to our culture and beliefs.
  • Continuously develop and elevate the capability of our teams and be responsible for the continuous uplift of agency cultural metrics.
  • Responsible for delivering client contractual commitments across all relevant channels.
  • Delivery of accurate forecasting in line with agreed process.
  • Champion the Starcom brand across clients, media partners, trade press and wider Publicis Groupe agencies. Embed our brand story with all team members. Role model the expected behaviours and beliefs of the brand.
