A leading innovator in the digital video industry seeks an experienced Strategic Channel Development Manager to join its Global Channel Organization. Based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne), this role is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to build strong relationships with partners, drive business growth, and contribute to the company's continued success.

About the Role:

This dynamic position requires a proven track record of managing channel sales teams, building strategic partnerships, and executing business plans to deliver assigned goals and quotas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy with impactful partners, identifying key growth segments, and developing tailored value propositions to strengthen the company's value proposition in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing world-class relationship development and thought leadership across a large ecosystem of partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Telestream's Leadership, Partner teams, Operations, and Marketing teams, to identify key growth segments, develop strategic plans, and enablement models.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with partners to define tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market strategies that strengthen the company's value proposition in the marketplace.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in tech channel partnerships/sales, successfully implementing channel strategy to drive dramatically increased sales. A deep understanding of the channel ecosystem and a proven track record of driving influence and building relationships with decision-makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations are also essential. Additionally, experience in SaaS/Subscription/Cloud sales, Media and Broadcasting, and distribution is highly desirable.

  • A competitive salary package: AUD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus superannuation and other benefits.
