Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Global Channel Development Lead to join our Americas-winning team. This role is responsible for building a bias towards Telestream by managing existing partners, recruiting new ones, and enabling their growth.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in channel sales or partnership teams with a proven track record of executing business plans to deliver assigned goals and quotas.
This individual will be responsible for driving strategy with impactful partners, leveraging their strengths to drive revenue growth.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute business plans focused on high-growth solutions with our channel partners.
- Promote world-class relationship development and thought leadership across our large ecosystem of partners to boost revenue and unlock new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Telestream's Leadership, Partner teams, Operations, and Marketing teams to identify key growth segments, build strategic plans, and enablement models.
- Cultivate partnerships that drive value and growth for both Telestream and our clients.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in tech channel partnerships/sales, successfully implementing channel strategies to drive significantly increased sales.
- 2+ years in SaaS/Subscription/Cloud sales experience are desirable.
- Experience in the Media and Broadcasting sector is advantageous.
- A deep understanding of the channel ecosystem.
- Proven business leadership skills, including experience driving influence and building relationships with decision-makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations.
- Effective relationship/partner development skills.
- A track record of driving enterprise sales via channel partners (partner handles selling motion).
- Ability to exceed sales quotas.
- Analytical skills to determine which programs work best and insights to build on that experience.
- Distribution experience is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (depending on location)
