Strategic Partnerships Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Partnership team as a Partnerships Associate. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and development through networking and relationship building with key customer stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NDIS and customer service, with excellent communication and planning skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
The Partnerships Associate will be responsible for managing relationships with key trading partners, securing new business opportunities, and developing individual growth strategies for each customer.
They will also be responsible for attending internal and external meetings, identifying needs and opportunities within key accounts, and mitigating risks within customer profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key trading partners and secure new business opportunities
- Develop individual growth strategies for each customer and deliver financial performance
- Attend internal and external meetings to contribute to business growth
- Identify needs and opportunities within key accounts to support positive client relationships
- Identify and mitigate risks within customer profiles
About You:
- You have business, sales, customer relations or marketing management experience
- You have experience in the health care sector and customer service or business development background is highly desirable
- You have a working understanding of the NDIS and customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and planning skills and can work independently and as part of a team
