Business Operations Coordinator

Greenroom Robotics is a leading maritime autonomy company developing innovative technology solutions to transform the maritime sector.
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Support Coordinator to join our management support team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing their schedules, travel arrangements, and communications.
- Monitor and track action on various internal and external business deliverables, often in partnership with external stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of monthly business reporting processes.
- Facilitate projects related to internal business improvement and change management.
- Efficiently schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for travel, meetings, and events.
- Prepare invoices and bookkeeping as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Anticipate and address challenges proactively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and executive matters.
- Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills.
- Great organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Desire to learn.
- Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external suppliers.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Demonstrated experience in preparation, editing, and formatting of complex documents.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role is desirable.
- 3+ years in corporate support or high-level administrative roles.
Part-time, 3 days a week, based on site in our Fremantle office.
