The Student Enrolment Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to students and customers, ensuring a seamless enrolment experience. This role will interact with customers in a professional manner, providing information and assistance as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact students to provide advice on fees, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and compliant enrolment documentation.
  • Support engagement sessions to ensure enrolment compliance and efficient administration.
  • Process student enrolments at Information Sessions, Enrolment Centres, and Campus Front Desks.
  • Complete enrolment documentation and update student records.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Previous administration experience in complex environments.
  • Intermediate PC skills and familiarity with data management systems.
