We are seeking an experienced Course Enrolment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance to students on course enrolment and study planning.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in coordinating student client services functions and delivering high-quality services to a range of stakeholders. You will be an excellent communicator with exceptional organisational and time management skills, able to establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands.
You will work closely with students, academic staff, and various departments to ensure timely and accurate guidance on course structures, study plans, and award requirements. This includes assisting with complex student queries, collaborating with studentHQ to enhance their course knowledge, and building strong relationships with academics to address student concerns.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, offering a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation and staff benefits. The salary is negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.
