Customer Service Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Laminex Australia.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities- To handle an array of customer enquiries, including handling orders, tracking deliveries, addressing technical queries, and managing credits via phone, email, and webchat.
- To balance various systems and processes to provide efficient solutions to customers.
- To maintain a customer-centric mindset and strive to achieve key contact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service.
- A Monday to Friday schedule with guaranteed time off during National Public Holidays and over Christmas/New Year.
- A rotating roster with 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM, plus a half-hour lunch break.
