Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum. Additionally, we offer flexibility to work the days that suit your schedule, which can lead to higher earnings.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can elevate the customer experience every day through front of house activities. As a Flexibility and Customer Service Specialist, you will be the heart of the workplace and first point of engagement with customers.
- You will be responsible for regaining work-life balance and working the days that suit your schedule.
- Roles available range from Concierge, Receptionist, Workplace Experience Coordinator to Facilities Coordinator.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Packages – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- A confident approach to performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively.
- A dedicated approach to exceptional customer service and customer-centric thinking.
- Strong people skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to think quickly on your feet and problem solve.
