About You
We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Your passion for delivering exceptional service will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include assisting with assessing and towing-related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers, and suppliers. You will also coordinate tows to support vehicle assessment and repair, ensure correct towing suppliers are utilized, and meet contractual SLAs. Additionally, you will be responsible for administration facilities management, supporting inbound and outbound calls, and identifying key areas for improvement based on your job experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require motor claims or claims experience, preferably with motor repairer or towing coordinator experience. You must have knowledge of ClaimCenter and intermediate computer skills, such as MS Office Suite. Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to the audience, and a passion for customers and delivering exceptional service are also essential.

What We Offer
