About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Pre-Site Operational Support team in Mount Waverley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing high-end knock-down rebuild customer expectations, and ensuring timely communication throughout the pre-construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer project details, including status updates and variations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as drafting, estimating, studio, and permits teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing proactive support and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and coordinate client variations when required.
  • Ensure customer quality control through professional communications and data entry.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients.
  • Assist with all Customer Support-related tasks, including report compilation and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Mandarin speaking proficiency.
  • Extensive experience within a Customer Service and Administrative capacity.
  • Able to read plans and have knowledge of contracts an advantage.
  • Experience in the building industry or having built your own home an advantage or supplier work.
  • Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office, experience in using database systems an added advantage.
