We're searching for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team.

This entry-level position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy ambiguity in execution and are not afraid to take on new challenges.

You'll become an expert in understanding the diverse needs of our merchants, including their goals, pain points, and priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying and converting warm inbound leads, marketing qualified leads, and prospecting for new business opportunities;
  • Conducting exploratory calls with potential merchants to effectively qualify sales opportunities;
  • Proactively contacting prospective merchants via cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach;
  • Helping to build and optimise best-practice outreach sequences and lead-generation playbooks;
  • Scheduling meetings and calls between qualified merchants and Zeller Account Executives;
  • Researching market gaps and opportunities to accelerate Zeller's growth;

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development or a related field;
  • Hands-on experience with multiple prospecting techniques;
  • A track record of achieving sales-performance or activity-based goals;
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce);
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
