The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing potential clients across various industries, leveraging your expertise in consultative selling to develop strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Utilize consultative selling skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B setting
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth through new business acquisition
- Strong consultative selling skills, with ability to understand and address client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
What We Offer:
A competitive base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus generous commissions, bonuses, approved business expenses, and superannuation. OTE in excess of $180,000, but with uncapped commissions, your earning potential should be considerably higher depending on your ability to thrive and succeed.
