The Position

A newly established position has become available due to strong growth in NSW. This exciting role involves working closely with the VIC sales team and VIC Sales Manager to maintain and significantly grow customer base and operations within the territory.

This is a growth-oriented role with further responsibilities managing major accounts, requiring a BDM with exceptional skills in sales and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing portfolio of commercial builders, tier 1 construction companies, civil contractors, marine specialists, councils, and more.
  • Metro Brisbane territory + occasional regional travel.
  • On the road position will see you working in a range of environments from the company office to job sites or presenting proposals to corporate decision makers, engineering teams, architects, and specifiers.
  • Scope to work the territory autonomously, with support provided from a head office team.

Requirements

  • A background of sales or operations within concrete remediation, waterproofing, repair, or admixtures space.
  • Existing relationships with civil construction companies, builders, and head contractors.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of decision-makers from project and site managers to engineers and C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of working autonomously and developing sales.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Pride yourself on being a relationship builder.
  • Ability to work within a lively and nimble team offering a huge range of services.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with the ability to think fast and solve customer headaches in a timely manner.
