About The Role

We seek a driven and ambitious individual with exceptional energy and initiative to grow business within existing accounts as an Enterprise Account Executive. This role focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne and must be passionate about developing strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users to identify, qualify, and close sales pipelines.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipelines
  • Strategically prospect into key decision-makers and technical stakeholders
  • Build strong and effective relationships to drive growth opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and work closely with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in our comprehensive sales enablement trainings, including Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership development programs

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced market with a focus on expanding new accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into new lines of business within open accounts and run complex sales processes
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Fluent in English
  • Driven and competitive, possessing a strong desire to succeed
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, develops, and open-source technology is a plus

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
