Senior Business Development Leader

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Leader to drive new business sales opportunities across various industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Senior Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and attracting new clients by understanding their risks and aligning with WTW subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions.
You will also build and manage a strong sales pipeline, oversee bid strategies, and coordinate RFP responses to drive business growth. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador, strengthening WTW's reputation in the market through networking, client meetings, and industry engagement.
In this role, you will partner with business leaders, placement specialists, and client management teams to lead new business opportunities through to a win. You will ensure smooth transitions for client servicing teams by clearly communicating needs and expectations for successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrated track record of success in winning large, strategically important clients
- Experience working within a sales environment with proven results
- Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of CRM tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics, and the ability to effectively utilize them to monitor performance and lead generation effectiveness
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum.
