Australia Wide Trades Recruitment seeks a seasoned Industrial Business Growth Leader to spearhead the expansion of our client's industrial packing solutions business in southern Australia.

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic sales development and effective pipeline management. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales development or related roles within an industrial B2B environment, you will possess a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of commercial operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in industrial packaging or bulk cargo industries, with strong communication and negotiation skills. A self-motivated and persistent individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
