This is a career-defining opportunity to join the REO Group as a Business Growth and Development Professional.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to expand our customer base, drive business growth, and deliver innovative supply chain solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Broaden our customer base by conducting industry research, identifying supply chain inefficiencies, and attending industry events.
- Manage the sales funnel by recording opportunities in Salesforce and reviewing them monthly.
- Identify and convert competitors' products by meeting with key customers and offering product trials or demonstrations.
- Expand product offerings into new markets by applying existing products innovatively.
- Drive growth through delivering total supply chain solutions, including end-to-end supply chain reviews and transport optimization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, a 'hunter' mentality, and a solid understanding of the business.
You should have experience in sales or services, preferably within a related industry, and be proficient in IT tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
