About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new leads, developing strong relationships with existing clients, and growing revenue through strategic account management. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about driving business growth and development. If you have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the fintech industry, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound lead generation, cold calling, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product, to drive business growth and development
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on driving business growth and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
