Your Opportunity
As a Sales Accelerator at Podium, Melbourne, you'll be responsible for driving the entire sales lifecycle. With access to cutting-edge SaaS tools, you'll generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
You'll collaborate closely with your Team Lead, SDR, and Marketing teams to achieve monthly revenue goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- SMB + Mid-Market acquisition: Close new business deals through solution-based selling.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure with assistance from SDR, CSM, and Marketing teams.
- Work closely with SDR to generate qualified leads.
- Self-source daily with outbound calls and emails.
- Exceed your monthly revenue target.
- Pipeline management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and ensure Salesforce is up-to-date.
Your Qualifications
- 1-2+ years' B2B closing experience in high velocity roles (tech-sales preferred).
- Proven experience selling to SMBs (bonus points for experience in Retail, Auto, Medical, Home Services, and/or Professional Services).
- Proven success prospecting into new markets and generating leads.
- The ability to navigate quick sales cycles.
- Experience carrying and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
- Exceptional presentation and pitching skills.
