We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Account Executive to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base in the greater Melbourne area.

With a strong focus on relationship-based selling, this role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with prospects and deliver results-driven solutions. You will have the opportunity to master the art of evangelizing the Podium story and achieving sales targets through your dedication and perseverance.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales techniques and processes, as well as experience in customer-facing, fact-based selling strategies. A valid driver's license is also required for travel to customers and industry events.

What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  1. Succeed in closing new business through relationship-based selling
  2. Mastery of evangelizing the Podium story and delivering results-driven solutions
  3. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  4. Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
  5. Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  6. Collaborate effectively with the account management team to drive new business
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology landscape to remain a trusted resource for prospects
  8. Prospect and set appointments from both inside and outside sales motions
  9. Assist with consumer engagement events and activities within the designated territory
  10. Attend trade shows as determined necessary by management
  11. Provide regular feedback to management on progress and opportunity within the territory
