Sales Growth Accelerator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Accelerator to join our Advisory practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can help drive sales growth and shape the future of our organization.
The successful candidate will lead all Bid and Tender processes, working closely with our growth sales engagement teams to identify opportunities that highlight the transformative benefits of partnering with our team. They will oversee the bid and proposal qualification process, manage customer, tender, and deal data effectively, and ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery.
The role requires strong project management skills, analytics, and problem-solving abilities, as well as experience in negotiation, building client relationships, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or commercial background and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
