The client is a renowned not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reducing food waste and fighting hunger.

Through strategic partnerships with suppliers and food donors, they rescue surplus food and distribute it to communities in need, promoting sustainability and supporting vulnerable individuals and families.

Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for all clients and visitors.

  • This role involves managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with empathy and professionalism.
  • You will handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to various teams, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with office coordination.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Able to handle challenging situations and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or Receptionist, preferably within the Not-for-Profit sector.
What's on Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits and a temp to perm opportunity.
