Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our National Team in the Newcastle and Hunter region. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business and maximizing cross-sell opportunities for General Insurance products.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will work closely with a team of ambitious professionals, leveraging their exceptional communication and negotiation skills to cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyse data, market research, and financial reports to identify opportunities and make informed business solutions
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives
