About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bookings Consultant. This role involves coordinating telephone-based interview bookings, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new customers, efficiently scheduling interview appointments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, friendly tone in all interactions.
  • Manage diaries and bookings while coordinating with internal teams to meet service expectations.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team, sharing ideas and contributing to process improvements.

About You

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as medical reception or hotel booking coordination.
  • Strong phone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
