Job Description

This exciting opportunity will have you working on developing and implementing network changes that optimize for demand, resourcing levels, and operational constraints.

You will be responsible for driving network changes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the final schedules are operationally and commercially viable. Your strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to find innovative solutions will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement network changes to optimize for demand, resourcing levels, and operational constraints
  • Collaborate with operational and commercial stakeholders to ensure the final schedules meet customer needs
  • Apply analytical skills to develop insights and drive business decisions
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including stakeholders and customers
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, or commerce (desirable)
