**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This contract is available for an initial 12-month term with likely extensions.

**About the Role:

  • As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing large, complex engineering/infrastructure and IT projects using enterprise scheduling tools such as MS Project, Project Server, or Primavera.
  • You will have proven experience in project scheduling and resource management, with a strong understanding of project scheduling techniques (e.g., critical path method, earned value management).
  • In addition, you will have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously, with excellent communication skills and experience working with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports.
  • Analyze project data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on project scheduling best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project scheduling and resource management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
