ANZ Sales Director

A dynamic and results-driven leader is required to spearhead the sales strategy for our expanding operations across Australia and New Zealand. As the ANZ Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance revenue, customer relationships, and market presence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Set and achieve sales targets, define strategic objectives, and ensure the team is equipped with the tools, training, and support to exceed expectations.
- Team Development & Culture: Foster an inclusive, dynamic, and high-performance culture that encourages growth, resilience, and accountability within your team.
- Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategies, and drive market penetration and brand growth in line with company goals.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, surgical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their needs and our service excellence standards.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities, and translate this intelligence into actionable insights for the team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, implement improvements where needed, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, growth opportunities, and areas of development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in orthopaedic sales management or in leading medical device teams focused on operating theatres and procedural sales.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, with an analytical mindset and the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback.
- Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, and a willingness to work closely with team members at all levels to drive success.
- Collaborative and proactive, with strong business acumen and a commitment to personal and team development.
