Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team in the ANZ region, with a focus on exceeding new business growth targets.
• Develop an ANZ customer acquisition strategy to bring in mid-market businesses to Mailchimp and accelerate overall customer growth, in partnership with the global Mailchimp sales organization.
• Hire and build a high-performing sales team across ANZ, including setting sales targets and quotas, developing compensation plans, and establishing processes and procedures for consistent execution.

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of sales management or leadership experience, managing medium-sized teams of sales executives.
• 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with e-commerce and/or Mar Tech focus, delivering industry-leading sales results.
• Strong track record of building and scaling foundational sales teams, with a builder's mindset and operational focus, coupled with leadership and craft development background.
• Experienced people manager who has built high-performing teams and demonstrated ability to implement execution strategies to effectively manage, coach, & balance both team/individual goals.
