Director, Agency Sales ANZ

At PubMatic, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Advertiser Solutions to join our team in the ANZ region. This role is a key part of our sales strategy, and we're looking for someone who can drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our demand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a demand sales strategy across key agency groups in ANZ
  • Grow relationships with PubMatic's demand partners, including agencies and trading desks
  • Define and execute PubMatic's private marketplace strategy
  • Travel as necessary to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in agency account management, relationship management, or sales roles in digital media
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and how programmatic buyers operate
  • Proven experience pitching and upselling programmatic offerings to major brands and advertisers
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
