Sales Director

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead strategic sales in the NSW market. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 direct reports and working closely with a broader team of 9. Your customer base includes major retailers such as Bunnings and other large manufacturers.
The focus of this role is on maintaining strong customer relationships, driving account management, and influencing strategic sales in a cyclical industry with long-term demand outpacing supply. You will assess the current sales strategy and provide insights to senior leadership, recommending improvements where necessary.
This role can be based anywhere in Sydney, providing you are willing to travel inter and occasionally intra-state.
