We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central, a dual-branded hotel in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
About Us
At Accor, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our guests, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for hospitality. Our hotel offers 473 rooms and suites, and as a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience with us.
The Role
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts and providing helpful information
- Attending to incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner
- Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
What You Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating 7-day roster
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
