Customer Service Department Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Department Supervisor to join our team at Woods & Co Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing daily department operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and support team members, including scheduling and performance reviews.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring product availability and collaborating with department managers.
  • Uphold a safe, hygienic, and well-organised work environment.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role in retail/supermarket environments, a Food Handlers Certificate, and RSA.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong time management, and budgeting abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and readiness to learn new software systems.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Knowledge of compliance, food safety standards, and quality control.
