Job Title: Assistant Customer Service Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager in leading, coaching, and supporting the Customer Service team to provide excellent customer service.

Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and has experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with our Customer Service Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in leading the Customer Service team to achieve business objectives
  • Coach and support team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annumBenefits:

About the Role

This role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days, and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
