About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Team Leader to join our Peter Alexander team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our products and policies
  • Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service procedures and processes

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
  • Experience in customer service and retail desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
