Customer Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Central and ANZ Service Level Agreements.
  • Represent the INEOS brand and organisation in all customer communications, ensuring quality and content meet expectations.
  • Proactively resolve customer enquiries and facilitate liaison between the UK contact centre team and internal departments.
  • Effectively manage simultaneous requests from internal and UK contact centre teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Proactively manage customer cases with network partners, ensuring all enquiries are resolved within Service Level Agreement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Experience of B2C customer service through multiple channels, including online, phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Operational understanding of contact centres and ability to demonstrate knowledge.
  • Automotive industry experience or personal passion, with a preference for 4x4.
  • Knowledge of vehicle dealership aftersales and sales operations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
