Customer Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Central and ANZ Service Level Agreements.
- Represent the INEOS brand and organisation in all customer communications, ensuring quality and content meet expectations.
- Proactively resolve customer enquiries and facilitate liaison between the UK contact centre team and internal departments.
- Effectively manage simultaneous requests from internal and UK contact centre teams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Proactively manage customer cases with network partners, ensuring all enquiries are resolved within Service Level Agreement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience of B2C customer service through multiple channels, including online, phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Operational understanding of contact centres and ability to demonstrate knowledge.
- Automotive industry experience or personal passion, with a preference for 4x4.
- Knowledge of vehicle dealership aftersales and sales operations.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
