Customer Service Team Lead

Are you an experienced multilingual leader looking to work with a dynamic team in an international company that serves businesses worldwide? We are seeking a motivated and driven manager to join a multinational firm specialising in the business travel sector.
About You
- Vocal fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin is mandatory
- Proven experience in a leadership position within a contact centre environment
- The ability to coach, develop and motivate your team to success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
About the Role
- A competitive salary range of $80k - $90k + Super (depending on experience)
- Full-time Permanent Role, roster between 11.45am-9pm
- Hybrid working options (flexibility provided)
- 4 weeks of comprehensive, paid training and a supportive team environment
- Regular free initiatives and team days
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, your main duties will involve coaching, developing, motivating and inspiring a team of ambitious and passionate consultants to achieve company performance goals and accomplish incredible customer outcomes with every interaction. A couple of big focuses of this position will include process improvement and workflow management. This is a great position for an individual who has a couple of years worth of experience leading a team in a contact centre and is looking to join a large company with clear goals, great training and career advancement opportunities.
