About the Role:


As a Senior Business Development Manager - Audio Solutions, you will be a key member of the Bosch Communications team located in our offices in Norwest Business Park, Sydney. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales of Public Address solutions, re-engage past customers for upgrades, and identify new sales opportunities. You will conduct client presentations, market research, and work directly with End Users, Consultants, and Integrators to build relationships and deliver a solid and continuous sales pipeline.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including End Users, Consultants, and Integrators
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive offerings
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the unique features of audio and communication solutions
  • Communicate regularly internally on sales activities and lead progression


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Development role in a relevant industry
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • A pleasant, genuine, and engaging demeanor, not afraid to start a conversation or make a cold call
  • A desire to make a difference and be part of a team
  • Business/Audio Solutions background preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous knowledge of Public Address and Evac systems advantageous but not essential
  • An existing network within the Audio sector, consultants, vendors, distributors highly advantageous


What We Offer:


We offer a comprehensive training program that may require some overseas travel. As a Senior Business Development Manager - Audio Solutions, you will be supported by a well-established local and international technical team. The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
