About the Role:
You will research and source opportunities, identify decision-makers, turn prospects into leads, and execute new engagements. You will also develop leads and continue engagement with prospective leads, call new potential prospects, conduct regular competitor analysis, attend networking events to understand, engage and build new business opportunities, and stay up-to-date on trends and solutions and build thought leadership/consulting capabilities.
New Opportunity Management and Closing:
You will manage, qualify, and prioritize sales opportunities, prospect, consult, and sell business solutions and services to prospective customers, develop strategic sales plans to target and sign new business, create and contribute to the Sales Pitch in collaboration with the Delivery, Experience Services, Resource Management, and Sales Department, work constructively with internal teams to deliver winning proposals, create win-plans for active opportunities and execute, managed and collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to complete required RFPs, update and maintain forecast, and maintain CRM and ensure prospect information is up-to-date and accurate.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with more than 10 years of work experience in IT Consulting, selling pure IT services/professional services coming from eCommerce platforms, ERP, CRM, analytics or business intelligence platform partners, demonstrating a good understanding of digital transformation, with good experience of working with enterprise-grade clients in various industries such as FMCG, CPG, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Health & Life Sciences, having relationships within the relevant platform partner ecosystem would be a huge plus, at least 5 years of experience in selling and driving professional services business with large-scale Asia-based organizations, excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, goal-oriented, good presentation skills, effective time management skills, ability to collaborate with all departments and functions across the organization, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, strong active listening skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
