Milestone IT is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide Level 1 support to users over the phone.

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing first-level support and logging tickets, ensuring excellent customer service, and performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support over the phone
  • Provide first-level support and logging the tickets
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide hands-on hardware and software support
  • Install, move, add, and change equipment and software
  • Maintain Client's Network
  • Perform proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of Ticketing System
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Operating Systems
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detailed knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience performing in a similar position
  • Friendly, welcoming, and professional with good telephone manners
  • Well-presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and productively within a small team environment
