Key Responsibilities include:
- Gathering information and raising tickets for clients who contact the helpdesk.
- Providing IT support - responding to queries and incidents raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Creating and managing Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes, ensuring seamless integration with the organisation's IT infrastructure.
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests, maintaining clear and concise communications and records to support service delivery.
- Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve complex IT issues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all IT support activities, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Skills we are looking for:
- Detailed knowledge of the Ticketing System, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Operating Systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Detailed knowledge of Active Directory, including user management, group policy, and security.
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional communication skills, with excellent telephone manners.
- Well-presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work well independently and productively within a small team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
