Working with a small team of IT professionals, you will be providing Level 1 technical support to users both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Gathering information and raising tickets for the clients that contact the team.
- Providing IT support - resolving queries and incidents raised by customers
- Creating and managing Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests
- Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems
- Maintaining clear and concise communications and records to support service delivery.
Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of the Ticketing System
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Operating Systems
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
