About the Role:

As a key member of our national team, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning and development landscape of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive business outcomes and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work closely with our Senior Manager, Learning & Organisational Development, to deliver high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our employees. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering learning programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives
  • Facilitating and coordinating learning events for various stakeholders, including clerks, graduates, and lawyers
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of leadership programs and initiatives
  • Creating instructional materials and workbooks using multimedia tools
  • Supporting the development of our digital learning platform
  • Ensuring compliance with lawyers' CPD requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in adult education, organizational learning, psychology, or a related field
  • Proven facilitation skills, with experience working with large and small groups
  • Desirable: accreditation in psychometric tools, such as Genos, MBTI, or TLC
