Learning and Development Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our strategic learning initiatives and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS). As a key member of our People and Safety team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning strategies that align with our business goals and values.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and qualifications
- Optimize the LMS to ensure effective training delivery and compliance tracking
- Develop and execute an innovative Learning and Development strategy that incorporates emerging technologies
- Foster stakeholder engagement and collaboration to drive business outcomes
- Ensure compliance and governance of training records and mandatory requirements
- Proven experience in a L&D management role, with a focus on strategic learning initiatives and LMS optimization
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing relationships and business partnering to drive efficient outcomes
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop professionals and staff
