The Learning and Development Specialist will play a vital role in designing, delivering, and managing technical based training programs that support employee growth and career development.

This role is dedicated to maximizing CDC's investment in areas like employee engagement, promotions, apprenticeships, and cross-functional transitions.

The Learning and Development Specialist will oversee the development, administration, and enhancement of the CDC Academy's curriculum, resources, and delivery methods.

They will align the learning and development framework with organisational goals and industry trends.

The Learning and Development Specialist will collaborate with teams to design and implement technical based L&D solutions addressing specific business needs.

They will manage the functionality and accessibility of the Learning & Development system for all employees.

The Learning and Development Specialist will provide expert advice to Line Management on L&D policies, programs, and best practices.

They will collaborate with external vendors around technical capabilities into the CDC Academy, bringing ownership for the training course and modules internal.

The Learning and Development Specialist will track training materials and competency signoffs to ensure compliance and accountability.

About You:

This role would suit candidates from either a technical based L&D background or somebody that comes from a strong technical background (data centres, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC etc.) looking to move into an L&D/training capacity.

Essential:

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
