About the Role:
Budage Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our national team. As an L&OD consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our internal teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate learning events, workshops, and conferences for various audiences, including clerks, graduates, lawyers, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of leadership development programs and initiatives that align with our business strategy.
- Develop instructional materials, workbooks, and other resources using multimedia tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content.
- Support the development of our digital learning platform and ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Work closely with our Senior Manager, Learning & Organizational Development, to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Change, or a related field.
- Tertiary qualifications in adult education, organizational learning, psychology, or a related field.
- Proven facilitation experience with large and small groups, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Desirable: accreditation in psychometric tools, such as Genos, MBTI, or TLC.
