About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Learning and Development Manager to lead our organization-wide development strategies. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and implementing organizational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance leadership capabilities and career development of all staff.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
  3. Design and deliver training programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their career development.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in designing, monitoring, and implementing organizational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs.
  2. Excellent communication and influencing skills to support organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address training needs.
  5. Ability to adapt to changing organizational priorities and requirements.
