About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Dexus. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including e-learning and simulations, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure learning and development initiatives support the delivery of Dexus's strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and be an ambassador for learning within the organization.
  • Handle budgets for training programs and manage vendor relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with adult learning principles and apply them to create effective training programs and resources.
