Learning and Development Manager

At HR Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to design, implement, and continuously enhance innovative learning experiences across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior business leaders and subject matter experts to provide strategic end-to-end learning solutions.
- Apply human-centred design principles to create impactful and engaging learning content.
- Lead the implementation and integration of capability programs and frameworks.
- Manage complex, commercially focused learning projects from concept through to execution.
- Oversee the monitoring and reporting of learning initiatives.
- Analyse learning data to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Drive the continuous improvement of learning experiences and assets.
The ideal candidate will be a senior learning professional with experience in law or professional services. You will be exceptional at designing and delivering unique learning programs that will engage all levels of the firm. You are skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating across teams, building strong networks, and working independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
