We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Humanforce.

As an Enterprise Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities while executing a tried-and-true sales strategy that delivers impressive results across the market.

About the Role

In this role, your primary goal will be to drive enterprise sales growth, responsible for selling our entire HCM product suite to enterprise customers across the vertical.

You will help shape and execute the sales strategy tailored to your territory's market plan, utilising your sharp business acumen and commercial knowledge to develop and sustain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.

This includes diving into the metrics for your territory, using them to make data-informed and strategic decisions, ensuring that the CRM is updated in a timely and accurate manner, and providing sales reporting to track pipeline progress and aid in financial forecasting.

You'll also champion sales excellence across the organisation, advocating for the highest standards in all that we do.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in Human Capital Management industry encompassing Workforce Management, HR and Payroll.
  • The ability to identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Initiate outreach and foster engagement by creating targeted lists of prospects, and execute innovative outreach campaigns through diverse communication channels such as cold calls, event participation, email marketing, and social media interactions.
